Designed for grating Potatoes, Cassava, Yucca and other hard root vegetables. Cassava must be soaked in water before grating.
Caution: Not suitable for soft fruits like bananas. Do not apply excessive force when grating - avoid pressing too hard on the pusher. It's important to use gentle pressure to ensure proper and safe operation of the grater.
Comes with 2 types of Stainless Steel Blades: a pair of coarse shredding blades and a pair of fine shredding blades.
Perfect for producing grated ingredients for a wide range of dishes, including Puerto Rican Pasteles, German Kugel, Hash browns, Potato Pancakes, Latkes, Lithuanian Cepelinai and Pies!
