The NU2U Wind Tamer is designed to works with the NU2U Flame Tamer, this devise has been tested to work very well in most conditions. Our three independent testers all found excellent results and use this item regularly. Note- In extreme windy conditions this item alone may not fully solve a wind issue . The Wind Tamer is reversible and can work with our without the NU2U Flame Tamer. The curvature allows it to be rotated around the gas burner as needed to hep allow for perfect adjustment as needed. Constructed of Clean PNO 1/4" material the finish is sandblasted to keep a neat appearance and maintenance is as simple as keeping it lightly oiled with cooking spray and dry. Fits Type Domed ovens
