- 1% Pyrithione Zinc (ZPT) Bar Soap helps relieve itching, irritation, redness, flaking, and scaling associated with mild to moderate Seborrheic Dermatitis and Dandruff. Using this soap at least twice a week will help clear, control and reduce the symptoms of Seborrheic Dermatitis and Dandruff.
- Pyrithione Zinc is an active ingredient approved for over-the-counter (OTC) Dandruff and Seborrheic Dermatitis treatments between 0.95 to 2 percent. 1% Pyrithione Zinc strength is well tollerated - it has less side effects like burning, redness, and dryness as compared to 2%. One percent is ideal for long-term Pyrithione Zinc prophylaxis (e.g. preventative treatment).
