- On 6.6L Duramax engines, water pump replacement and crankshaft bolt service can turn into a fight if the flywheel isn’t locked down. The included 36 mm 3/4-inch drive 12-point socket is matched for Duramax crank bolts, so you have the correct size on hand for both removal and installation.
