The rope helps keep your arms steady and your rotations smooth, the 6 inch premium rubber coated lightweight handles make it easy to grip. Cut and customize the 120 inch length coated cable to your desired length for your height. The ideal length measures from the bottom of the rope under foot, to the tops of the handles reaching armpit height. The low-kink cable of the Speed Rope Pro provides durability for seasons of use.
