The Slice 10494 Smart-Retracting Metal Squeeze Knife pairs the highest level of safety with a convenient trigger handle that’s easy to grip and easy to use. Simply squeeze the handle to expose the blade. Smart retraction means that the blade will pull in automatically as soon as it loses contact with the material you’re cutting—even if you’re still squeezing the trigger—preventing accidental cuts if you slip. The installed rounded-tip blade further protects against puncture injuries. For safe storage, engage the blade-lock switch when the tool is not in use. Blade change is quick and easy, and requires no extra tools. Slice’s finger-friendly blades are safe to the touch and cut effectively. In addition, they’re oil-free, chemically inert, last up to 11 times longer than steel, and never rust. The 10494 is compatible with optional pointed-tip (10525) and serrated (10523) blades.
