AMBIDEXTROUS ACCESS BY CARRY HANDLE: Medical pouch has an Open-Ended Ambidextrous design that allows you to simply grab the left or right handle and yank out the insert to gain access to IFAK contents, but without removing the roll from the carrier. MULTI-CARRY PATTERN: IFAK pouch Molle has multi-back attachment points to offer a variety of fixing methods, package comes in two Molle clips to mount to the chest rig, military backpack, or other Molle Systems. 3" width horizontal slot and 2.5" horizontal slot can be fixed on the waist belt/battle belt making it easily accessible.
