Make repeatable thin strips using this WoodRiverThin Rip Table Saw Jig. To set it up, install this jig in your table saw miter slot, and simply set the thickness of the strip desired. Measure the distance from the outside of the blade to the sealed bearing and lock the jig in place. Set the fence against the workpiece and rip to size. For repeatable strips, readjust the fence so the workpiece is touching the bearing and repeat the cut.
