The product changes include the front side to drop the beans, two thermometers, and the front sight glass of beans.
There are three types of thermometers available. The default option is an analog thermometer. For an additional fee, you can upgrade to a digital thermometer, which provides faster temperature response. There is also a data logger thermometer option that allows you to use the Artisan software.
You can perform natural draft roasting as a standalone feature with the roaster. However, by using the additional product, "chaff collector & cooler," you can have better control over the airflow within the drum, resulting in a more uniform roasting quality.
Our product requires a gas burner, which is essential for its operation. Additionally, electricity is necessary to power the motor. The product is designed to operate with a voltage range of 100-240V, making it compatible with various voltage standards worldwide.
