Easy Relief. The power of both hot and cold therapy and compression come together to provide dual forms of relief wherever you need it, whenever you need it.
Heat Therapy. For muscle-soothing heat therapy, place the sleeve in a clean microwave and heat for 45 seconds. If it is not warm enough, heat for an additional 15 seconds. Do not heat for more than 90 seconds. If it is too hot to the touch, let it cool before use.
Cold Therapy. Ease joints and reduce swelling with the cold therapy option. Place the sleeve inside of the included freezer bag. Leave in a freezer for at least two hours before use and wait a few minutes before applying. If the sleeve feels too cool for extended use, wait a few minutes before putting it on.
Use On-the-Go. This form-fitting sleeve easily flexes and molds with your body so you can stay active and go about your day while wearing your BodyMed Hot & Cold Therapy Sleeve.
