The round tubing structure allows different hand positions cable machine workouts like Lat pull down, triceps press down, rowing, back strength training and more.
Very good workmanship matte paint surface, anti-slip, easy to clean, which is much better than those bars with rubber coating that may peel off after some uses as they are aged.
