Update your old, tired bath fan with the S97015162 upgrade motor and enjoy fog-free mirrors and cleaner air. The S97015162 upgrade motor provides an increase in airflow of up to 60% (from 50 to 80 CFM) and a decrease in sound of up to 35% (from 3.5 to 2.5 Sones, applicable for 70 CFM fans only). Installation is easy and can be completed in 10 minutes or less with only a flat head screwdriver. Simply pop out the old motor with the screwdriver, insert the new motor, then plug it in. The S97015162 is only compatible for Broan or NuTone fans that have a housing measuring 8" x 8-1/4" x 5-3/4". Measure your fan housing and reference the list of compatible fan models. Does not fit other brands. Fan cover not included.
