Made from extra thick .150" virgin polyethylene, the one-piece rotational molding process eliminates seams that could leak or separate over time. UV inhibitors help protect the tough plastic shell from sun damage. Within the shell is a precision cut expanded polystyrene foam core that provides buoyancy without adding undue weight. Together, these materials form a waterproof and weatherproof float that is both sturdy and long-lasting. For easy installation, the flat top surface features molded-in mounting slots to securely attach to any dock framework. Eagle Floats will build floating dock systems that will keep docks and piers afloat through many seasons of use.
