- The cult Doom Metal band EPITAPH returns to the scene with their new album entitled Path To Oblivion. First work to have Ricky Dal Pane (former singer and leader of the band Witchwood) behind the microphone, it is one of the big things within the Dark Doom Metal movement thanks to an overall epic and gloomy feeling, mixed with the natural dark atmospheres of their old school Doom Metal. This is definitively an album for fans of Candlemass, Pentagram, Solstice, Solitude Aeturnus, Black Sabbath, Trouble. And are you ready to walk the dark path that leads to oblivion? Formed in 1987 from the ashes of Black Hole and Sacrilege, disbanded in early 1994, but reformed in 2012, EPITAPH are a point of reference for the entire Italian underground musical movement together with a few other realities on the national scene. Having reached the milestone of their third album, 7 years after the last Claws released in 2017, today EPITAPH present themselves to their fans with this new line-up, a new album and all the desire to bring their music to the best national and international stages. Anyone who has experienced the Italian scene in recent years knows well the aura of mystery that EPITAPH have created around their name and their music. With this new album they give life to a dark path between Doom Metal, Dark Music, Progressive and Esoteric music. So let's let the journey to oblivion begin! DOOM ON!
