Air Sensor Technology:An integrated air sensor on the device displays the air pressure on the front panel. Users can manually set the desired air pressure using the regulator, as automatic adjustment is not supported. The rear of the unit includes an air filter and a quick-connect 1/4 NPT air fitting, making it ready for immediate use after connecting to an air compressor. The recommended operating air pressure is up to 65 PSI, with a flow rate of 250 liters per minute.

PT/2T/4T/PA Functions:The post-time cooling function can be set between 3 and 15 seconds, aiding in cooling the torch and extending consumable life, with a typical recommendation of 4 to 8 seconds. The 2T and 4T modes provide automated control options for cutting; 2T offers semi-automatic operation, and 4T is fully automatic. The PA setting lets you adjust the pilot arc duration, where longer times are better for cutting mesh metal, and shorter times help preserve consumables.
Duty Cycle and Cutting Speed:The CUT55P can operate at 100% duty cycle for lighter tasks and 50% for more intensive jobs. For 110V operations, it can cut up to 1/2 inch thick material at 50 PSI and 40 amps, with a cutting speed of 100 mm/min. When running on 220V, it can handle materials up to 1 inch thick at 65 PSI and 75 amps, achieving a cutting speed of 160 mm/min.
