The CH32V103 series is a 32-bit general-purpose microcontroller with RISC-V3A processor as the core. The processor is designed based on the RISC-V open source instruction set. It integrates clock security mechanism, multi-level power management, and general DMA controller. The series has rich peripheral resources such as one USB2.0 host/device interface, multi-channel 12-bit ADC conversion module, multi-channel TouchKey, multiple groups of timers, multiple IC\USART\SPI interfaces, etc. The microcontroller is equipped with a complete software and hardware platform and debugging interface tools to meet various needs in the industrial, medical, consumer and other markets.
