Misting your material, especially if it is a heavy weight cardstock, with water on both sides prior to placing the material inside of your embossing folder and running it through your machine will help you achieve MAXIMUM dimension! 2. Because of the hills and valleys or "highs and lows" of these new embossing folders, we suggest running your Sandwich through your machine a total of 3 times, for those rich, bold textures. 3.For best results, use a metal shim or card shim where necessary to create the ideal pressure.(NOTE: *The thickness of shims depends on the embossing folder, the material and die-cutting machine you use.
