RATIO 1:1 308LBS STEEL WEIGHT STACKS: DONOW smith machine is built for long-lasting, intensive use. It includes 308lb STEEL weight stacks. Two weight pegs let you organize weights on the machine for easy accessibility. With the ratio 1:1, you can get max 308 resistance for your workout.
LAT PULL DOWN BENCH: Updated from DN-DS938N, we added a lat pull down bench and a 360°landmine. There are 6 levels adjustable for the lat pull down bench.
ALL IN ONE SMITH MACHINE: DONOW pro smith machine can meet all your needs in home gym. It is combined with power cage, smith machine, cable crossover machine, cable station, and pull-up station. Also includes a long lat bat, a pair of cable handles, a lat pull down bar, a cable bar, a bicep rope and an ankle strap.
HOME GYM SYSTEM: DONOW home gym machine is equipped with dual individual cable crossover systems which provides you various training needs. The cage also features two SOLID smith guide rods, two widened safety catches, padded smith bar, wide-narrow pull up bar and texture foot-board to ensure you a comfortable and enjoyable workout experience.
EASY ASSEMBLY: We supply both assembly video and detail manual for the machine, so that you can assemble your machine easily. Besides, all replacements of the machine are free.
