- SUGGESTIONS FOR USE - If the spray gun pressure is higher than 20 PSI and the air flow is higher than 20CFM, the airbrush paints can be sprayed directly. If the gun pressure is less than 15-20 PSI, you need to use airbrush paint thinner, add 10%-20%. Add 5%-10% thinner at a time until you achieve a low-fat, milky flow of pigment and a smooth, orange-peel free surface after spraying. If the compressor air flow is lower than the minimum required by the spray gun (usually 5-10 CFM), even if the pressure is up to the standard, insufficient air flow will lead to poor atomization, and then it is also necessary to add thinner according to the proportion.
