- Spec: Item Type: PLC Controller Board Product Material: PVC Package List: 1 x PLC Controller Board How To Use: Setup Instructions: In the project data list, click the + sign before Parameters to reveal PLC Parameters. Double click PLC Parameters to open the parameter settings interface. Change the memory capacity from 8000 to 2000 in this interface. Programming cable USB to TTL and USB to 232 share the same driver. After driver installation, a serial port will appear. Choose 9600 baud rate for downloads. This PLC features two independent 232 serial ports: A 9 pin 232 level port (2: TXD, 3: RXD, 5: GND); A 4 pin TTL level port (1: GND, 2: TXD, 3: RXD, 4: 5V). Both ports support programming and touch screen connection. For 9 pin port, use USB to 232 cable for programming; For 4 pin port, use USB to TTL cable for programming When programming, the 9pin port uses USB-232 cable; The 4 pin port uses USB-TTL cable. When connecting the touch screen, the 232 level 9 pin port is directly connected to the touch screen with a 9 pin male to female wire (actually use 3 wires, namely 2-2, 3-3, 5-5). The TTL level 4 pin port needs to be converted to 232 level using TTL to 232 conversion board before it can be connected to the touch screen. Input high speed pulses C235, C251, the functions compatible with this series controller board. Y0 and Y1 can emit 10K pulses and their functions are compatible with this series controller board.
