The food in each cavity is frozen in your freezer or cooled in your fridge or baked in the heat of your oven into a mango shape; along with the Mango 130 six-cavity silicone mold (130 referring to the volume of each cavity in milliliters) is one red plastic cutter with two cutting sides: one narrower cutting side to cut out a mango-shaped piece to serve as an inner layer of the food product, and one wider cutting side to cut out a mango-shaped piece to serve as a bottom of the food product
