It can be defined by fewer than normal bowel movements, difficulty passing stool and abdominal bloating. To use, fill bottle cap to the indicated line (white section in cap) and pour into 4 to 8 ounces of hot or cold beverage including but not limited to coffee, tea, juice, milk and more.
