Designed for applications needing frequent cleaning, Aqua ABW Washdown Scales come in several capacities and readabilities. ABW features a large, removeable stainless steel pan (9.6" x7.1" / 245x180mm for most models or 11.8" x8.3" / 300x210mm for model ABW 32) to withstand the demands of food preparation, food processing units and harsh industrial environments. ABW's IP67 protection rating means it's fully protected from dirt and dust, as well as water immersion (up to 1 meter for up to 30 minutes), making the Aqua suitable for applications that require frequent and repetitive cleaning. It's also rated as food safety by NSF. Dual displays offer large front-facing and rear-facing LED displays, allowing more than one operator to use the Aqua simultaneously and enhancing user productivity. Checkweighing is simple with the LED color-changing indicators to warn the operator if a sample being checked is low, ok or higher than the preset limits. The addition of highly accurate percentage weighing and parts counting functions provides operators with versatility and true value for money. Power is supplied using the provided AC adapter or via the built-in rechargeable battery (up to 55 hours on a full charge). The auto power-off function conserves battery life, ensuring operation goes uninterrupted regardless of location.
