This pattern is specifically designed for bottomless portafilters. The basket has flat bottom. Available in 4 heights with different capacities according to the type of coffee used. For 58-58.5mm tampers. Ridgeless. Border 70mm. The main characteristics we found out the BIG BANG filters emphasis was the SWEETNESS. The extraction is very uniform , it exalts the sweetness and reduces the acidity. We don’t suggest to use the BIG BANG filters with citric (light) coffees since they sweetened espresso and modify characteristics.
