Conoce más detalles

This carbon paint consists of a 1-part, solvent-based acrylic lacquer, pigmented with highly conductive carbon powder. It is smooth, durable, and abrasion resistant. It can be easily applied by brush or spray. It has a quick dry time, with no heat cure necessary. It adheres strongly to most injection-molded plastics, such as ABS, PVC, nylon and polycarbonate. It provides strong corrosion resistance and is suitable for use in marine environments. This conductive paint is excellent for use as grounding paint, electrical contact paint, or carbon shielding paint in low frequency RFI shielding applications. It is perfect for shielding metal detectors and other devices where a metal-filled conductive paint would cause malfunction. This liquid product is also offered in aerosol and pen formats, as well as in a more conductive nickel version. 838AR-340G replaces our older 838-340G conductive coating. Before applying this product to plastic, clean the surface with IPA. WARNING! This product can expose you to chemicals including Carbon black (airborne, unbound particles of respirable size), which is known to the State of California to cause cancer.
