- Slicing Capabilities: Use the included slicer roller to cut 14 perfectly and evenly sliced strips of meat. Each strip of meat will be 1/4" thick, making them the perfect size for jerky, cheesesteaks, or fajitas.
- Tenderizing Made Easy: All it takes to tenderize instead of slice is to remove the easy-off top and replace the slicer roller with the other tenderizer roller. Our tenderizer attachment is capable of tenderizing tough meat cuts up to 1-1/4" thick.
- Specifications: This jerky attachment's chute dimensions are 1-1/4" x 4-1/2" x 6" and it comes with one slicer roller and two tenderizer rollers. It is made out of powder painted aluminum and easily disassembles for quick clean up.
