- STAIN-RESISTANT MOLYBDENUM ALLOY - Allows our craftsmen to create one of the sharpest out-of-the-box edges of any brand. Allows thinner blades for less wedging into cuts. Holds an edge longer than most other steels. Resists staining, rusting, and corrosion when properly cleaned and dried.
- ERGONOMIC PAKKA WOOD HANDLES - Has the feel of wood, but with durability similar to plastic. Comfortable for most users whether left or right-handed. Upswept handles create better knuckle clearance under the handle when using either knife on the cutting board. Natural angle reduces wrist and hand fatigue.
- STOCK REMOVAL CONSTRUCTION - Thin blades are first stamped (2.5mm starting stock for Chef and 2.0mm for Paring) to create the basic shape of the blade.
