- As aune's new generation of full-size, closed-design over ear headphones, the SR7000 employs a more rigid dynamic driver unit paired with a magnetic circuit structure that offers higher energy conversion efficiency. Compared to the AR5000, it boasts a wider dynamic range and more impressive detail resolution
- The dynamic driver unit's diaphragm in the SR7000 is aune's self-developed W-shaped ceramic polymer rigid diaphragm, featuring a larger equivalent vibration area. Optimized using the Distributed Compensation Mechanism (MLD) technology, it ensures unified piston-like vibration of the diaphragm across the entire frequency range, effectively enhancing the upper limit of high-frequency extension. With a frequency response range of 5-44,500Hz, it delivers linear and smooth frequency response, warm and delicate sound texture, and ensures excellent dynamic performance even in music genres with large dynamics
- Unlike almost all closed-design audiophile headphones, to avoid the major inherent drawback of this type—the muffled listening experience commonly associated with closed-back headphones—aune innovatively introduced a structure that reconstructs sound wave reflection: the exclusively patented "Dragon Scale" acoustic prism. This precision-designed dense acoustic jungle structure finely diffuses and filters out unnecessary reflected sound waves, significantly reducing the muffled sensation typically found in closed-back headphones, allowing the SR7000 to achieve a natural and smooth sound close to that of open-back headphones, along with higher sound accuracy
- The SR7000 adopts aune's new design language for over-ear headphones while continuing the refined aesthetics of the AR5000. The overall structure is lightweight, with key areas such as the headband and hinges further strengthened. The color scheme features a more subdued and understated dark green, complemented by golden hollowed-out brushed metal backplates, exuding both sophistication and vitality. Additionally, the top cushion has been improved and optimized multiple times for a non-opressive fit, and the soft ear cushions are filled with slow-rebound foam, further enhancing wearing comfort
- With a mid-to-low impedance design of 55 ohms, the SR7000 provides an ideal balance between sound quality and drive compatibility. Whether paired with a professional desktop system or a portable device, the SR7000 can deliver exceptional sound performance, catering to users' needs in various usage scenarios. It also comes with balanced output cables with 3.5mm (including a 6.35mm adapter) and 4.4mm plugs, ensuring users can fully enjoy music on different devices
- Regarding Bass - The sound quality of closed-back headphones is closely related to their sealing performance. The hinges and ear cushions of new headphones are typically stiffer, which may prevent a tight fit against the face. Even minor gaps can lead to bass leakage. It is recommended to adjust the wearing angle for an optimal fit. Over time, the ear cushion material will soften, resulting in improved bass performance and soundstage.
