- The dimensions shown are the overall stencil sheet size. The text size will more accurately resemble the Customization Preview. Unless noted otherwise, all text will be properly centered and expanded in the middle of the stencil. Dingbats or other special symbols are not allowed. The graphic fits inside the sheet and is slightly smaller than the overall size.
- The font size depends on the amount of text and the font you choose. The size of the characters will scale smaller as the number of types increases. Please contact us if you have specific size requests or measurements.
- The thickness of the mylar (plastic sheet) is .10 mil (a regular piece of paper is .01 mil) The material is thick enough not to break easily but not too thick to allow it to mold to different kinds of surfaces.
- Before using the stencil, ensure the surface is clean and flat without bumps or irregularities to avoid bleeding. We always recommend the use of spray stencil adhesive for better results.
