Intelligent Segmented Temperature Control: The Jewelry Casting Burnout Furnace Oven Machine is equipped with an advanced PID module, which is a digital control system that provides accurate and convenient temperatures for melting metals. The display is clear and easy to operate. Heating program: Stage 1: 60 minutes to 180 degrees, hold for 90 minutes. Stage 2: 60 minutes to 350 degrees, hold for 90 minutes. Stage 3: 60 minutes to 580 degrees, hold for 120 minutes. Stage 4: 60 minutes to 900 degrees, hold for 120 minutes. Section 5: 30 minutes to cool down to 780 degrees, ready for inverted mold casting. Exhaust And Wax Drain Design:The oven machine is designed with an additional exhaust port to prevent internal gas deposits from triggering hazards during baking. Wax vent and wax collection have also been added to prevent melted wax from contaminating the oven machine for easy collection and cleanup High-Temperature Resistant Furnace Lining: Furnace lining embedded with silicon oxide material for fast heating and good heat preservation.
