- This model (Micro850, Panelview HMI, Powerflex525 VFD) trainer is an all-in-on advanced training kit to provide a programming tool to excel at learning PLC programming for AB (Allen-Bradley Connected Components Workbench) programming Language. The kit is built using the AB (Micro850 PLC) and a PanelView HMI, and a Power flex 525 VFD all devices communicate through ethernet Network program ability. Basic Lessons provided. Micro850 PLC provides Ladder logic programming. The PanelView provides HMI (Human Machine Interface) programming. The VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) is installed to learn both "network" and "Hardwired" simulation of motor control. The "Network Switch" is central to PLC, HMI & VFD just like manufacturing plants. The model used is Micro850 2080-L50E-24QWB. The Analog Modules included are 2080-IF2 & 2080-OF2. The trainer is built with an HMI Allen-Bradley 2711R-T4 PanelView to learn HMI programming. The trainer is built to simulate motor program control with VFD - Allen-Bradley power flex 525. All equipment communicates via a built-in ethernet network switch. The trainer is solidly built with a portable impact resistant Pelican-Style Rolling Protective Case. The discrete I/O is provided via six toggle on/ off switches & six momentary on/ off switches. The PLC outputs are relay and are wired directly to 10 discrete outputs. Added fun comes from the 85 Dec Alarm Siren. Realistic outputs are provided via the three120mm LED output Fans & four 40mm LED fans. Two LED pilot output light strips provide brilliant output. Analog 0-10 Visual analog gauges are provided wired to analog outputs. Analog 0-10v LED gauges and 10K potentiometers provide variable inputs to the analog input. The VFD is both wired to analog and networked for program control. For the PanelView the Connected Components Workbench software is free from Manufacturer- HMI Software for Allen-Bradley 2711R-T4 PanelView. USB adapter programming cable is provided (your local Ethernet can also be used). Have Fun - Order today.
