Equipped with a motion control-specific processor, this PLC has an operating speed of 0.4 microseconds per step and a program capacity of 16,000 steps. Although the program capacity is smaller than that of the KV-N40DT, it has been optimized for pulse control instructions, enabling more efficient processing of motion control-related logic. In terms of I/O configuration, it integrates 16 digital input points and 8 transistor output points (NPN type), with a total of 24 points. It is also equipped with a 4-axis pulse output interface (maximum frequency 200kHz), supporting complex motion trajectory control such as linear interpolation and circular interpolation. This axis count and frequency performance is superior to the 2-axis 100kHz of the KV-N40DT, and it can drive multiple servo motors to achieve precise linkage. For example, in small placement machines, it can realize high-speed and accurate positioning of the placement head with a repeat positioning error of ≤±0.01mm.
